When you are at your highest vibration and in true, authentic alignment, the universe will connect you with what you need.

I am a firm believer that when you put positive energy out there and are doing exactly what you need to be doing as an expression of your true self, the Universe and your “higher self” will align with and you will be connected to who you need to be connected with at that very moment in time. And that connection ends up being more perfect than you could ever have imagined.

But most importantly, it would never have happened if you had try to force it or done it all entirely on your own.

I have had multiple synchronicities that have happened in my life personally that can validate this concept.

Sometimes, it as simple as just letting others know and planting seeds with those that you trust. I have seen and am seeing that happen right now as I type these words. Situations are aligning. Momentum creates momentum and the creative ball gets rolling into the unknown once again – knowing yet not where it will end up but knowing that it will end up somewhere wonderful.

One of the most important things you can do to start this process is writing down your intentions, ideas and possibilities. Basically, you are getting your thoughts out of your head and on to paper to see them. Then you begin the process of deciding on where and how to begin. Small steps lead to big steps which lead to even bigger steps and thus the project begins.

I love getting over the initial creative hump and reaching the plateau where you can clearly see where you need to be. The rest is work, discovery and surprises that show up as everything evolves and the project starts to create itself.

The best clients I have ever worked with are the ones in which we both have a mutual trust and respect for each other. There is a natural transparency and we both clearly communicate. Communication is KEY in ALL situations. The simplest form is acknowledgement, which takes absolutely no time to do and speaks volumes about the character and integrity in someone.

Believe me, I get it: we are ALL busy these days and overwhelmed with messages, content and social media bombardment – but when you are working with a client and all they need is a response, acknowledgment, or content that was agreed upon – it takes two seconds to send a reply within a reasonable amount of time if someone is counting on you or vice versa.

And that is on BOTH sides of the vendor/client relationship, not just one.

It is also having the open mindedness to try new things and experiment with new ideas.

I always say that “You Don’t Know, what you Don’t Know.”

I can’t tell you the handful of times I had an idea and was resisting another idea that my client had and how I explained why it might not be the strongest choice.

Sometimes I had already thought about that exact same idea when I was working out a design but moved forward in my editing process.

But once I embraced just to actually see what it could look like, I was pleasantly surprised at how my opinion changed once I saw it.

I then could see how to make it even better now that I could wrap my head around another idea and direction.

So, I ended up learning that I even need to see something before I make a decision and not write something off thinking that I already know what the result would look like.

And that’s okay. No ego.

I love learning and growing and these are perfect opportunities, creatively that offer themselves as a chance to try something unknown and get an unexpected result.

The legendary painter Bob Ross used to talk about “happy” accidents, as he liked to call them.

He would say: “You can choose everything, what lives there in your forest. – what your trees look like and how many there are. You can have all kinds of grass and trees. Are some really tall? Are some skinny and others old and full of age? It’s your world, you create it – it’s your imagination – you can think it and make it a reality.”

Which brings me back to being in your highest alignment and most authentic self.

Once you are there and connected, you begin to create the world that only YOU can imagine as a creator and creative with billions of possibilities as you begin the magical dance into the unknown.
