When creating vector artwork, the end goal is to make it perfect as possible with line work being solid without weird irregular shapes and a consistency of accuracy throughout.
I worked at a real estate brokerage company as an art director creating site plans, zoning maps and floorpans for almost 9 years, every day. They were ALL created using vector art in Adobe Illustrator.
I was contracted to create a series of backgrounds, characters and objects for a web based animated show entitled “Welcome to Normalville” back in 2011.

In 2022, I was contracted to create a series of illustrations for a children’s book entitled “Handsome The Frog”.
I wanted to create something full of details, crazy colors and a look that you can’t get just painting a watercolor. It has many pieces of pure vector art, all composited and layered together to create something fun to look at and try to find all of the little hidden details.
