I have been drawing since I was 5 years old. I took my first watercolor class when I was 8 and learned how to look use a reference image and draw from it.
By age 11, once I understood how to shade, I could finally make my illustrations look realistic. Drawing an illustration that looks just like the original is always a fun challenge.
